"UPDATED" Return Policy

Our Return Policy at a Glance
  1. Products may be returned or exchanged within 70 days of your product's invoice date.
  2. All products must be back in our warehouse within the 70 day time period with shipping being paid by the customer for all items.
  3. The merchandise must be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.
  4. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please contact customer service at to obtain an RMA #. Include your name and order number in your request.
  5. Please allow approximately 21 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.

You may return merchandise in its original condition within 70 days of the date of your order. The 70 days begins on the invoice date and must be received by us in our warehouse within the 70 days. Customer will be responsible for any shipping charges back to us. IMPORTANT: The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer's box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. Box is not to be marked on.

Regarding our return policy - we feel that by more than doubling the timeframe for customers to return (most places either do not allow returns or are 30 days) that we are already doing what we can to insure the customer will have ample time to use the product in their particular situation and test it out to make sure it is suitable for them. With this in mind, we are firm on the 70 day return time and strive to treat everyone alike.

Items returned without authorization will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by either e-mail or telephone. We will not be responsible if notified after (7) business days.

Items that are returned in unsellable (not "like-new") condition, damaged, or are missing parts will be evaluated and any refund due the customer will be adjusted. (Common reasons for dockage: Mar, scratch or damage to heater cabinet, missing remote or owners manual, written on box or owners manual, missing or broken up Styrofoam packing.

If a package is returned to our warehouse or undelivered by our shipping carrier because the customer refused delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply plus a $35 original shipping charge.


How to return an item (Recap)
  1. Email us at to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) and the address to ship to. We will issue RMA # for the return which you must write on the shipping label only - not on the box.
  2. Packing your return - Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in the original box. Inside the box, please include a copy of your invoice along with your RMA# and paperwork. DO NOT WRITE ON THE BOX OR MARK THE BOX IN ANY WAY THAT WOULD PREVENT REUSE. Your return address and our address should be attached with either a clear shipping envelope or taped on with clear shipping tape.
  3. Shipping your return - If you are shipping the unit back to us for any reason, you as the buyer pay all shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or FEDEX to ensure proper tracking of your product. Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for your records. You are responsible for seeing to it that we receive your item back in our warehouse undamaged and in good working order.
  4. Upon receipt of your item and inspection, we will issue you a credit refund. Please allow 21 business days for your credit refund to post to your account.
